Club Dinner 2007/2008

The annual club dinner, usually held on one of the trips (traditionally while staying in EricsBarn), is where TheCommittee hand-over occurs. It's also where we give out the awards for the year.

The sign-up for the trip will be on Friday 22nd February from 10:00 - 11:15, so please provide your food selections then. The cost of the meal is £20.00, but this will be collected at the dinner itself. You will, however, need to bring £20.00 to sign up for the trip itself (cost TBC).

Starters

• Soup of the night (V)
• Prawn cocktail
• Creamy garlic mushrooms (V)
• Cornish Crab cakes with sweet chilli sauce

Mains

• Sirloin Steak cooked to your liking served on a bed of roasted mushrooms and onions
• Chicken breast smothered in a creamy panchetta sauce topped with cheese
• Grilled halibut steak served with parsley butter
• Spring vegetable pancakes (V)
• Red pepper and mushroom stroganoff (V)

Puddings

• Raspberry and hazelnut roulade served with fruit coulies and cream
• Brandy snap baskets served with fresh fruit and Ice cream
• Chocolate fudge cake served with Ice cream
