Annual Meal 2007
The club dinner this year will be on the Tremadog trip, 10th March. We're trying a new place this year, after some slight unhappiness at the Golden Fleece last year (it had been our annual venue for about the last 10, maybe more, years, but has since changed).
Please decide what you want from the menu below and let Kerry (keh22@kent.ac.uk) know ASAP.
Starters
- Homemade Soup of the Day served with Crusty Bread Roll (Choice of Vegetarian or Carnivorous on the day)
- Chef's Pate of the Day served with Toast and Salad Garnish
- Garlic Mushrooms served on a Ciabatta Slice garnished with Salad
- Prawn Cocktail: Succulent Atlantic Prawns in a Marie Rose sauce served with Brown Bread and a Salad Garnish.
Mains
- 10oz Welsh Rib Eye Steak with tomato, mushrooms and onion rings
- Local Welsh Lamb Shank braised with Rosemary and Red Wine on a bed of minted mashed potatoes
- 10oz Pork Fillet served with a stilton sauce
- Canneloni Verde (Vegetarian)
- Mushroom Stroganoff (Vegetarian)
Sweets
- Absolutely anything pretty much, choose on the day!
